Now I know how obese become... well obese..
Sunday, I had my normal 3 meals..
Breakfast = wan tan mee large
I don't know why but I just love apple pie these days..
Must be the American in me =D

Remember the first time I had Carl's Jr, the fries was extremely small.. so I complained commented them...
After a year they slightly cut down the size of the burger and enlarge the fries... So this time I had my burger not as messy as the last time.. but the fries rocks!!!
So imaging that! 2 fast food meals, both in Midvalley.. why?
They don't serve good burgers in Kampar..other than Zinger Burger but it sucked more than Ramli's
There's another reason why I'd been eating too much lately...
is because I won't be having fatty food the next 6 weeks..
Due to my diet plan... (it's just a test to see whether it'll work..)
But I realize I'm carrying 70% of my body weight.. so maybe I'll put to blame for that...
But it wouldn't help either if I don't control my diet...
Imaging working out.. intense swimming and cardio work out.. and consume 3-4 plates of rise, meat, sausage, a whole loaf of bread...
yea!! I know, a waste.... Sometimes I feel legendary like Po in Kungfu Panda..

So as for today's FIRST WEEK!!
strategy 1, cut carbs in half!!
So to start shedding some fat, cut your carbs drastically — in this case, by half--- for four straight days(but I'll make it five days though) while maintaining your regular workout plan. Not only does this reduce calories, but it also helps control insulin, the hormone released with carb consumption that can increase the appetite.
Strategy 2, elevate growth hormone statues..
Of course, loosing weight is all about carbs and calories... but it also about hormones as well...
so this will be a bedtime chore and over the next six weeks... should become as routine as brushing yout teeth. To make it a bit simpler and to get your hormones working in your favor, I'll drop off all carbs every final meal of the day.. — every day — to slash calories. When I go to bed with a lower blood-sugar level as a result of avoiding carbs in my last meal, the body is more to increase its production of growth hormone...
which accelerates fat loss by mildly increasing the metabolism and boosting muscle growth..
Hopefully this 6 weeks diet plan will work..
So no more mamak food in the late evening and good bye to roti canai..
But I'm still able to join you guys for supper.. and don't even try to feed me!!!
