Third week of 6 weeks



Diet ain't easy, especially you live in Malaysia. What make matter worse it that my diet involve very low carbs. But look around you... Chicken Rice, Wan Tan Mee, Rojak, Prawn Noodles, even you order any western food, they give you more FRIES than the meat itself!
They have got to do something!!
But speaking of which, which so much flour made food, even dim sum =(..
How come Malaysian still not as fat as the States?
Tell you what I missed out the last 2 weeks..
Dim Sum, Madam Kwan's Nasi Lemak, Fish n' chips,
actually, I ate them all the past 2 weeks..
yes I CHEATED.
But I didn't eat cendol and rojak..
And now, I can hear Sam yelling at me "PLEASE EAT ALL THE FOOD FOR ME!!!"
Can't do that, wait till my fifth week!
So, for the 3rd week...
Strategy 5, Burn! Baby Burn!!

Unfortunately, most folks stumble out of the gate by pinning their hopes to a fat-burning supplement without ever getting their diets in order.

Getting lean is about calorie reduction, hormonal manipulation and exercise. But it’s also about perception. When you make a drastic drop in calories, the body perceives this as a threat and begins to tap into other fuel sources, fat being chief among them.

So for one of your four low-carb days during the week, slash carbs even further,to nearly a quarter of your normal intake..to increase fat-burning. Anyone can diet really hard for a day in the name of getting shredded, right?
