Sixth week of 6 weeks

Ahhh.. The last week of my diet.
Unfortunately, I'd mention that I would restart my diet plan. So after this week, I'll start all over again.. so I can achieve aneroxia level..
Actually, I'm just gonna follow a few of the strategies like cut carbs and all,
doesn't mean I can't eat anything now... as soon as this is over.. I'm free.
Maybe I'll work.. I don't know =D
So far the results were quite satisfying
Just that whenever I consume a little too much...the tummy will come back.
Plus I took a few days break lately, not feeling well..

week 6, STRATEGY 10: TAKE A BREAK
Ever take a break from training for 3–4 days, only to swear you look bigger and leaner?
Well,you’re not imagining things. That’s the beauty of rest. When you push the body all the time, it gets stubborn and does the exact opposite of what you’re trying to accomplish. Take a break for three full days this week, then maybe I'll get right back on the plan listed above, heh heh..your body will respond with even greater progress and gains

Easy eh? Not to forget the crazy cardio that I skipped...
But I swim alot lately, even get too tan..
So maybe I'll just rest..
but resting at home is not a good idea..
