Fourth week of 6 weeks


Somehow I felt like I need to restart my diet program.
Because due to some last minute changes, and with no help from the weather, my plan gone off course.
Supposedly I gain extra calories on the day before and plan to do a heavy cardio and weights the next day, it somehow canceled. So instead of burning, I gain back the fats drastically,
Or worse come to worse, I might compule up all the strategies into this week, including this week's strategy.
But come to think about it, I might die as well, depends.
And some said I don't have a strong will power, true.
But I'm getting the hang of it. Like you can resist good food for 3 weeks eh?
By the way,
10 eggs(including yolk) per day doesn't kill you!!!!
I'm still alive, and the past 3 weeks I AM leaner!

As for week 4,
only 1 strategy, which is STRATEGY 7: CRAZY CARDIO!!!
My worse week of all 6.
You’re already working up a small sweat twice a week. Now it’s time to trick your body by taking your cardio into another universe.
Starting this week, add 40 minutes of moderate- to high-intensity cardio to the end of your regular weight workouts OR first thing in the morning, before you eat.
Because your body is carb-depleted at both of these times, an aggressive cardio session will help you tap into your fat stores more quickly.
Plus, the duration and intensity of the sessions will challenge your body and spur your metabolism.
Do this for only the final weeks of your program. Too much high-intensity cardio can kill testosterone levels, which could halt muscle growth and slow metabolism.
Remember, FINALY WEEK.. whatever that means.
