To some of you, might have already seen what I'm capable of in my diet plan...
Yes, I'm easily influence and when there's food right in front of me.. I COULDN'T RESIST!!
Plus the fact that unsupportive parents, well only mother because rice to them... is the essential of life, Chinese believes.. BAH.
Some got me wrong at the word diet..
I'm only doing more exercise, cut the rice at lunch at ZERO rice during the last meal..
Other than that, I'll have the same amount of dishes I had everyday, except potatoes and some carb grenades..
I need support and motivation, please donate a large amount of money so I can use it for gym!
HAHA, playing a fool only la..
================================
Yes, speaking of me doing more exercise, friends notice I'd been swimming a lot lately. You may think of swimming as less natural human skill than walking or running, but in actuality swimming dates farther back in out evolution than walking. Because we evolved from fish, so we have great potential for being comfortable in the water...
I want to be a Michael Phelps when i grow up
So, yes.. swimming. Cardiovascular workout. Bring fresh blood and nutrients to all areas of your body. Build a Tarzan in guys, Jane in girls. Practically injury-free.
Since everyone been talking about Michael Phelps a lot lately..
I know he had 12000 calories a day diet, and still look like.. THAT. Ming explain he swims everyday, 360 days.. the rest were off..
go figure..
When we grow older, we realize our interest.. change accordingly..
Like me, who doesn't want to take serious basketball anymore.. joins swimming.
Like Ming, wouldn't want him to risk more injuries.. swim..
Like Nian, who wants to grow thin and call himself Michael Phelps (because he went to USA for 3 months).. take up swimming as a new hobby..
Like Jordan, who can pump up more prime body muscles..goes swimming.
And like ChiKhan, who suppose quit smoking 2 years ago, but quit climbing instead and had no other better solution for his cardio.. goes swimming. But most of the time he wrestles in the water, which also take quite a lot of energy.

Wow, sounds so Guru-ish..
Thanks Chi Khan for the pictures and catching a cold after a day out for swim.
Soon there'll be more Michael Phelps than you know..
*off~
