Michael Phelps, inspiration of all American youngsters. Born on June 30th, 1985, and began swimming at the age of seven. He was placed 5th in 2000 Olympic Games for 200m butterfly, and then eight medals; 6 gold & 2 bronze in 2004 Olympic Games and then suddenly with 8 gold medals in 2008 Olympic games.
Phelps consumes 12,000 calories a day while in training. Compared to the 2,500-3,000 calories a day the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recommends for men depending on age and activity level, Phelps diet seems outrageous. Impossible for a Malaysian, merely. For dinner, Phelps’ meal consists of six to eight slices of pizza, another pound of pasta with tomato sauce, and 1,000 calories of energy drinks.
I personally could wipe out every McValue Meal in McDonald's and still look the same on that day but of course fatter on the next days, even if I do a hardcore workout of weights and cardio I'll still gain, IF I were to take EVERY McValue Meal at one shot.
Believe me, I can.
Remember my 6 Char Kuey Teow back in high school? That's nothing, my new roommates even saw me craving for more after having three packet of disgusting Chinese oriental fried rice (added rice too =D).
I could even consume 2 family bucket of KFC, or 2 large Pizza and still won't look like that.
Even if I were to swim 6 hours a day.
That's why now I'm on a diet.
8 medals in one Olympic Games in 2004, then 8 GOLD medals in the next Olympic Games.I have to tell you, being an athletic myself... even if I were to specialize in all throwing events..
I could..
Only win 5 medals in District, States and National competition altogether. Plus a bronze for Nationals.. and another free bronze for bench warmer 4*4 relay in District.
Legend, freak show... I like his body.
Did I mention that I'm as tall as him, 6'4" plus I weighted almost like him.. when I'm om a diet of course.. 87kg+-
